We are aware of numerous ball sports. However, one sport that involves a ball and is played globally is football or soccer. It is a sport that is played between two teams of eleven players each. The basic rule of the sport is that other than the players’ arms and hands, any body part could be used to play; permission to hands and arms is given only to the goalkeepers for obvious reasons. The teams aim to put the ball in the opponent’s net and score as many goals as possible. The team that scores more goals at the end of ninety minutes wins.

Multimedia rise 

Earlier, when televisions, radios, and other multimedia did not exist, the football enthusiasts had to go physically to witness a match and keep themselves updated with the scores and winnings. The stadiums, where the matches were played, had limited capacity, which could only accommodate a few people. This felt disappointing as not all football fans could watch the game live. They had to wait for others to come out and discuss the match. Thus, after years of research, development, and advancements, sources of multimedia came into existence.

These multimedia devices such as televisions and radios expanded the sport’s reach immensely. A much larger group of audience now had access to the matches and could also keep themselves updated with the ผลบอล. Even if one could not be physically present in the stadium where the match was being played, he/ she could just sit and enjoy the match from the comfort of his/ her own house; the need to visit the stadiums now and then was no longer a need but a choice.
