Good parenting begins with trying to understand your child:

Every children on this planet is different in one way or another. No parent should classify every kid to be the same. When parents start to acknowledge the feeling of their kids, then they really start to build a strong relationship with them. This is the only way parents can gain the trust of their kids but not by being a strict one. Strict parents end up only making their child secretive. So you have to learn to empathize with them better. The problems that might seem small to you can be playing the role of the biggest problem of all in your child’s life. In such a condition, the child needs someone who could acknowledge their problem. Parents who deny their kid’s issues by referring to it as no issue at all, can never build a trustful relationship with their child.

Know the skills of your kid and encourage them to develop more on it:

Once as a parent, you start to see the things in which your child is really good at then you should start to encourage them to do even better. Apart from the skills they have acquired by themselves, parents should also get them to learn other things like playing an instrument or learning a language. Both of these skills are seen to help in developing a child’s brain faster. There are various tuition classes online to learn Chinese for kids [ภาษา จีน สำหรับ เด็ก, which is the term in Thai] and learning a musical instrument, which parents should consider.

Establish a system of reward to keep your child motivated:

The mind of a young child wanders every second. It is difficult for them to concentrate on something. Therefore, it is important to reward for every little thing they achieved. Ask them beforehand that what they would like to have if they can finish reading a particular book and get them that as a reward. This will give them a hit of dopamine which will make them feel the sense of fulfillment.
