The most accessible models to be implemented are called hybrid models of sustained innovation. They are called that because they unite the main characteristics of a traditional classroom and online teaching.

Rotation By Stations

In this modality, students who want to study toefl (เรียน toefl which is the term in Thai) experience the rotation model within the confines of a classroom. Each class takes place on a different workstation, and each of these stations must use different learning methods. With different methodologies and reduced student groups, learning is more effective.

Laboratory or laboratory rotational rotation

This rotation allows students to be in learning stations within the classroom or a computer lab, enabling content retention using an online platform. Labs may be equipped with various learning programs, but it is essential to have a plan for implementing educational technology.

Inverted Classroom

In the inverted classroom, the student can previously learn content in an online environment, outside the classroom, asynchronously. During the synchronous classroom, he will have more time to exercise the previously studied content, and the teacher will serve as a guide to help in understanding and clarifying doubts.

Individual Rotation

In this rotation model, students have individual learning schedules. These schedules work as a list of activities proposed to each student, in a personalized way, on the topics to be studied. The teacher establishes the schedule so that each student goes through the most important stations to meet their needs and difficulties. This model is one of the most challenging models to be implemented and needs technical support to identify individual learning profiles.
